Your time is important to us!

We value your time and your appointment booking, that is why we reserve it, especially for you. We also understand that from time to time adjustments to the appointment may need to be made; therefore, we request at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations.

Unfortunately, when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice or 'no show', we miss out on filling that time, and our other clients on our waiting list also miss out on an appointment. Due to our appointments being reserved especially for you, the following cancellation policy will apply:

A deposit of A$100 will be required for your next appointment. If the appointment is cancelled less than 48h or 'no show' the deposit is forfeited and another A$100 deposit will be required to secure another booking. The deposit will count towards purchases of any service or product during your visit.
